Return & Exchange Policy – Liera Zudio
At Liera Zudio, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging. Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of receiving your order. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please provide your bank details to receive a direct bank transfer or choose to receive store credit.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Received something damaged or incorrect? Reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and details. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Exclusions
- Customised or personalised items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
- Sale and clearance items are final sale and may not be eligible for return.
- Returns/exchanges will not be accepted without prior approval from our customer support.
